Hoby Clean is a unique online platform to allow laundry service providers to grow their businesses by listing on Hoby Clean to connect with the users. The users can locate the best laundry service providers in the nearby areas. The website was aimed at serving as a bridge between the laundry service providers and end-users with an intuitive one-demand platform. The platform was to be flexible enough to work seamlessly on almost every device and screen size to allow the users to browse through the laundry services and hire them according to their budget and location.
The team faced various challenges throughout the project like integrating the real-time notification feature that sent notifications to the users about the progress of their work. Additionally, the client wanted to allow the end-users to choose from different pricing plans with user friendly navigation.
The website is a multi-vendor platform, which was taking too much of time as this was completely a new idea which allowed the laundry service providers to list their businesses according to their locations and the end-users could choose to hire. Online payment was another functionality that took time to integrate as the client wanted the payments to be secure and complete in a few steps so we integrated one-step checkout functionality for faster payments processing.
iTechnoLab team created a unique, flexible and intuitive multi-vendor marketplace using a custom solution based on Laravel which had Ecommerce features for listing of services and booking of the same. The platform allows end-users to connect with service providers and get deliveries with custom shipping rules based on the Uganda Region Specific requirements.
Location-based On-Demand Laundry Searching – The website features a unique functionality to search for nearby laundry service providers using geolocation to choose according to location.
Custom Shipping & Secure Payment Gateway – iTechnoLab team integrated a secure payment method for faster checkout processing and custom shipping rules based on the Uganda Region Specific requirements.
